Motivation
My mother works as a real estate advisor in Caracas and juggles many properties and clients. She needed a place to manage listings and present them professionally to buyers. I needed real-world frontend practice—so we built Inmobilia Caracas together.
It was my first serious UI/UX work, my first time keeping a tight feedback loop with a non-technical client, and my first production deployment.
Public site
Visitors see contact information and browse available properties with a clean, marketing-focused layout.
Admin
Authenticated admins can manage the properties that appear on the site.
Stack
Next.js and React for the frontend with Tailwind for styling. NestJS with MongoDB for the API and data layer.
